A technologist at heart, Richard has been programming since day one and brought that same instinct for how things actually work into running Paramet. These days he's MD, but he's just as likely to be found tinkering with radios, deep in Half-Life, or obsessing over whatever new bit of tech has caught his eye.
David founded Paramet 25 years ago and led it as Managing Director for many years before handing the reins to Richard. He started out as an apprentice engineer at Woods of Colchester, building a career in HVAC engineering — even writing a fan selector program for mainframe systems along the way — before founding Paramet off the back of that experience. Now semi-retired as Sales Director, he still travels often, spending a good chunk of his time out in Asia.
James brings a creative, hands-on energy to keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of work he's all about experiencing life to the fullest, and you'll usually find him behind the wheel of a sim racing rig when he gets the chance.
Billy's built his entire career at Paramet, growing up alongside the company into the role of Technical Director. He's still hands-on with code outside of work, and when he's not coding you'll find him spending time with his family and friends.
Iksha brings sharp attention to detail to everything he builds. When he finally steps away from the keyboard, he's off collecting stamps in his passport, with a running list of countries still to tick off.
Arslan brings full-stack skills to the team from Pakistan, equally comfortable across the front end and back end. A graduate of the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, he's naturally curious about how things fit together. Outside of work, he's a keen sports fan and a devoted cat owner.
Josh keeps Paramet's applications running smoothly with a practical, get-stuck-in approach. Off the clock, he's a dedicated PC gamer.
Toby gets stuck into all sorts across the business, from R&D and project management to electronic engineering and software development. Outside of work, he's usually found on two wheels — motorcycles are very much his thing.
